Abstract
Pakistan is an Islamic country. So is my country, Indonesia. But, though we recognize Islam to be the faith of the Indonesian people, we have not made an express mention of it in our constitution. Nor have we excluded religion from our national life. Indonesia has expressed its creed in the Pantjasila or the Five Principles, which have been adopted as the spiritual, moral, and ethical foundation of our nation and our state. Your path and ours is the same ; only it is diffierently stated.
